Pricing Policy

We don’t display pricing on our website or use a fixed price list as we prefer to source and quote today’s best price to you, dependent upon exactly what you need. So contact us directly, and we will have a customised quote ready for you as soon as you need it. 

Artwork and Design

Our in-house design team provide free virtual artworks prior to ordering products so you can be sure your chosen items are exactly what you want. When submitting your logo and artwork files, our preferred format is either an Ai (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF file and for logos we require the pms colour.

Minimum Ordering Quantity and Indent Lead Times

The minimum order required is $1,000 in total value. Larger order quantities with customised design or printing are able to be supplied more cost effectively.  Indent orders require greater lead times – minimum 8 – 10 weeks.

We are able to supply products Australia-wide, and even internationally. Please contact us directly for Freight prices.

Payment Terms

50% deposit required on order.  Balance due 14 days from delivery date.  No returns on customised products.  Any claims must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of order.
